Camping World, CAA and Taillight Brought 10 Weeks of Country Music to Fans

Challenge:

During the pandemic, brands needed to find different ways to connect with their shoppers. So Camping World and CAA came to Taillight with the idea for a weekly concert series, but they needed help working with each artist’s camp to produce, edit and execute the series. Taillight’s production execution experience along with vast relationships with artists booked by CAA made it a seamless and successful process for everyone involved. 

 

Solution:

With 10 different, consecutive live streaming events, promotional content for each concert, and the added layer of producing this series while maintaining a lengthy list of Covid-safety precautions, our team’s experience in managing multi-faceted, large scale productions was key to ensuring no detail was overlooked.

 

Campaign In Action:

  • 10 concerts with 12 artists: Alabama, Martina McBride, Chris Young, Ricky Skaggs and Steven Curtis Chapman, Sugarland, Zac Brown Band, Lady A, Brett Young, Little Big Town, Vince Gill and Amy Grant

  • Each live stream included a countdown, trivia, commercials, Q&A and music.

  • Leading up to each concert, there were promotional videos that encouraged fans to tune into the live stream. 

  • The live streams were all boosted to ensure as many eyes on the content as possible.

  • Over the ten week series, each livestream climbed into the top 10 for viewership on Pollstar with five of the performances reaching the No. 1 and No. 2 positions!
