Taillight Takes Telly Award For Third Consecutive Year!

This year, we are honored to announce that Taillight has been awarded a Silver 2021 Telly Award for outstanding achievement in the category of Television: Charitable / Not-for-profit & Cause Marketing.

At the close of 2020, an especially challenging year for arts organizations, the Nashville Symphony came to Taillight to produce their annual fundraiser, The Symphony Ball. The event is typically held in person, but pivoted to a virtual event in 2020.

"This award is a tribute to the expertise, skill and collaborative spirit of the team at Taillight, who realized our vision so effectively," said Alan D. Valentine, President and CEO of the Nashville Symphony. "What's more, Taillight delivered a product that was well beyond our expectations: they took all of our ideas and made them even better."

The award-winning TV special event aired on WSMV-News 4 and was directed by Taillight’s president and founder, Tom Forrest.

Telly Award winners represent the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators and corporate video departments in the world. With over 13,000 entries each year, the competition is fierce.

“This is an incredible achievement! With a number of high-caliber entries submitted, this year’s Telly Awards entrants truly represented the most innovative stories being told across all screens,” says Sabrina Dridje, Executive Director of The Telly Awards.

After such a tough year, it is a great honor to have our work recognized for excellence in video and television across all screens. Thank you Telly Awards!
