Multi-platinum global entertainer Chris Young has just released the official video for his new single "Looking For You," directed by Taillight's Peter Zavadil, whom Young has collaborated with numerous times to bring his musical visuals to life.
The action-packed video features multiple locations across Columbia, Tennessee, a cast of nefarious actors and the return of Young's 2015 Dodge Challenger, which first appeared in the video for his triple-platinum smash, "I'm Comin' Over" but now flaunts a new dark and ominous paint job.
"It was a challenging shoot with the wet weather being the biggest factor," said Zavadil. "But we were able to utilize the rain to make some of the most beautiful shots in the video and working with Chris again makes it all worth it."
Written by Young with Chris DeStefano, James McNair and Emily Weisband and produced by Young and DeStefano, “Looking For You” is the follow-up to back-to-back No. 1s “Famous Friends” and “At The End Of A Bar.” The hypnotic new song borrows on Young’s jazz background along with a romantic lyrical twist.
"Looking For You" came from a place where sometimes you’re looking for love and can’t find it and then sometimes you give up and then it just smacks you in the face like a freight train,” shares Young. “I think a lot of people have been through this, when you’re not looking for love and find someone and realize, this is perfect.”
